“Help Desk Services” are support services in day-to-day operations. For short-term questions, our experts can be contacted to answer “online” and to work out solutions together with the Client directly in the respective computing model.
With our “Data Exchange Services” we support the Client in analysis, categorization, compression and processing of big data (traffic data, financial data, technical data, etc.) and in the transition of the condensed results into the forecasting models.
“System Update Services” are covering updates of all software applications whenever available, which are installed free of charge.
“Process Management Services” include practical assistance and improvements in the internal organization of the whole planning process.
At request of the Client we offer selective support in the daily work of the airport planning teams. This can be done, for example, by elaboration of certain partial plans or by integrating partial plans into the overall system. In addition, our experts can also participate in the preparation and execution of top management presentations.
All necessary works is always carried out in close coordination with the responsible planning experts of the airport.
